b) All applications are subject to a Pre-Qualifying interview & approval. Only selected applicants will be sponsored for the expansion consultation services.
c) USD$10K consultation fees fully sponsored for selected applicants whom applied before 25/5/2022.
d) 50% sponsored for selected applicants whom applied after 25/5/2022.
